Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from the EU using a tracked postal service or DHL. Customers are responsible for any and all customs and duty charges that may be applied in the country of destination. Please contact LAASSO if you have any questions about shipping. 

Returns

LAASSO accept exchanges or returns within a 14 days window, as long as the following conditions are met:    

1.  All custom LAASSO items are final sale and are non-exchangeable and non-    returnable. 

2.    The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted.

3.    Before sending your return, please contact us at hello@laassso.com to request a return authorisation and the return shipping address.     

4.    Pack your order in the original package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.

5.    Send us the tracking number so we can process your return faster. 

6.    Please allow three weeks to process your return. 

7.    Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g. customs charges, taxes and duties) are not refundable.
